It looks like that she is alongside the Mega pier, that's usually the pier where vessels go alongside when taking either larger quantities of supplies or bunkering or both of course. Usually always overnight because daytime the paxers coming to that berth. I was twice bunkering there by myself and was one time 2 days alongside there, one with UBC Salaverry and again with UBC Sacramento, both in 2012

@ Cees/Ozzy as further info while it is correct that Curacao does not have gas/oil but is one of the biggest places to refine oil. That,s acutally what drove the economy (beside tourism) over years and still does. The Curacao Dry docks and repair facilities are known in this area for good work albeit when it is expensive, but they work timely and that,s better than lay days/weeks around and nothing happens. Also Curacao is known as bunkering spot in southern Caribbean area. Also they supply St Eustatius a island in the East Caribbean with bunker fuels where bunkering is quite big business.

Hello Cees..Very nice picture..Is there oil and/or gas in the Dutch Antilles..Or are they just beginning to drill for it?
