Well,, let it be :-) ..... however, the Rijeka container terminal is of length 628 mtrs (official data)
Berth 1:
Length: 300 mtrs
Sea depth (minimum hydrographic depth): 11,2 mtrs
Berth 2:
Length: 328 mtrs

Both the berths 1 & 2 are on the same straight quay (unique one pier)

@ Korkira
Well Korkira,, I don't know what to think about the 'balcony' & its features, but your explanation sounds really great (just to read :D)).
However, I once again feel the need to mention ... that the CMA CGM containerships are very photogenic ships from my point of view: BLUE SHIP, blue sky, blue sea ... all being in almost the same blue tone.

Thank you Korkira,, I can only remain flattered with your very nice words addressed in this occasion,
Kind regards
( and be sure I shall celebrate, Korkira ! ) :D)

You know my weakness, oh that balcony, that view! jadran, I think you should consider that view as 'national good', because it really got this website into this.

This one is one of your best. Celebrate it!
Best regards!

@ Emmanuel
Well Emmanuel, I admit and can only say frankly ... that due to my present health condition (and age) it has become a little bit hard for me to regularly post photos onto the site.
It also appears & seems to me, that I am leaving some shot photos for a certain time "first to ripe" ( LOL ) and then finally post them ... I have even some rather nice photos shot from July last year (and onward) which I shall hopefully post onto the site soon !

Thank you for your kind observation, Emmanuel,
Remaining with very best regards
Jadran

@ csaba
Thank you very much for your pleasing recognition of this photo (for me this class of CMA CGM containerships is very photogenic).

Yes,, beautiful bright early morning sunshine & my balcony are indeed involved on this photo (however, actually the 'spring time' & my 'old-one' balcony are ref. to this very shot; btw my new balcony has in between time already been constructed and I can do today high-angle shots from it again).

I thank you one more time my dear friends and remain with
Very best regards

Great shot, with beautiful reflections and nice background, however I think that the white buoy would just ruin this wonderful photo.

This photo was shot long time before the WHITE BUOY was fitted on its position,, timing of this photo is "spring time" i.e. 3 months before the 'big white buoy' is fitted there on that location :D :-)

Thank you very much Jim and Marinko for your kind comments !
Greetings from Rijeka (now with the 'big white buoy' fitted in situ)
