It's in good order davidships, what you had mentioned in your deleted message/comment, that NADA is owned by ILIRIJA d.d. – Ilirija Resort Hotels & Villas – Biograd, Croatia :-)
And thanks to you davidships, I had traced ILIRIJA Travel and found info & particulars of m/y NADA

And I also have to apologize to everyone reading this thread, that I had by mistake initially thought in my first comment, that NADA is a mini-cruise ship for 1 week cruises along Croatian coast & islands.
Actually, she is an 'Event boat for tours'

Therefore I believe that everything is correctly sorted-out now !
Kind regards
Jadran

PS
Thank you very much Rivanj for posting this interesting photo; excellent quality as usual !

Odd looking indeed but she is not newly-built and is not one of mini-cruisers. She was built back in 1982 as a Yugoslavian Navy patrol vessel and rebuilt recently into an event boat in Zadar area.

OK,, it's a modern, newly built small cruise ship (for 1 week cruises along Croatian coast & islands) ....... but what an odd looking design in many details !?
