CIF is the the Centrans Ocean Shipping Logistics Group of Tianjin, China. CIF was the abbreviation of the company's original name 'Centrans International Forwarding Co Ltd' and is still used by the company today.

In any case, Graig were no longer managing JIN FA in 12/2014. Doesn't appear to be the specific colours of current managers China Ship Fund Management Corp or Tosco Keymax International Ship Management. Could be anyone's choice of anonymous colours.
