And I think that the name could be something else than Miramar, -amar is certainly correct but it looks more like NERAMAR or HERAMAR, (both no hits with Miramar though).

I see, however she looks like a typical product from a Japanese shipyard from the seventies, and Miramar shows no other options that would match that.

The IMO 7519347 is a "freedom" type bulk carrier built by IHI. More larger than that Miramar !

Miramar comes up with the following suggestion: 7519347, a bulker built by IHI in 1977. She was named Miramar between 1988 and 1993. Does that fit with the approximate date of your shot?
