Thanks for your comment, MS3866. Imabari yard at Marugame is very "spotter friendly"; I usually take pictures either from Horai Seaside Park, or from the end of the street passing through the golf course - this one was taken from there.

According to the interview of the president Mr.Higaki, Imabari shipbuilding, the launching will be September 19th.
I will visit Marugame Late August or early September before launching.
