The Vessel ID info is one of grosstonnage.com's flights of fancy! RAMON CASAS is a Barcelona tug that has the previous consecutive IMO number.
Launched as PULI in 12/2004, then listed (probably erroneously) as FIONA SWAN for a couple of months prior to delivery in 11/2005, at which point she was firmly FIONIA SWAN.

In fact, I don't think there's a vessel on this site actually called FIONA SWAN. We all seem to have misidentified because we've all got deteriorating eyesight !!

MattyBoy, The vessels name is FIONIA SWAN even though the vessel identification above has her name spelt Fiona Swan.
