@ SovietPower: She is not the former OCEANIC. TITAN had always the same name, being sold in 1992 to the Vietnam Navy she is since that time – as now being a navy vessel - no longer listed in commercial shipping registers.
OCEANIC was taller and is still afloat: Being sold by Bugsier in June 2013, she is since December 2016 moored at Palumbo Shipyard in Malta with an unsecure future. Rumor has it that she shall be converted to a yacht…

Just did a look on equasis and it says that its owned by the Vietnam govt,
Registered owner: VIETNAM GOVT NAVY COMMAND since: 26/12/1992 source:IHS Maritime
so its not the oceanic but a sister vessel.

It's not a sister vessel of the "Oceanic". The "Titan" is smaller and less powerful. But it is a former Bugsier tug.

The former "Oceanic" is birthed at a shipyard at Malta.
