A Suezmax sister ship to Cap Quebec, which Vlad has snapped HERE .
I was curious of the covered fo'c's'le too.
Both vessels are Classified Ice Class 1C and have 7 year charters to Valero Energy; it *appears* they will be used supplying crude oil to the Jean Gaulin Refinery in Lévis, near Quebec City, Canada.
I guess that, hence, the covered fo'c's'le for the long standbys on the St. Lawrence..
Protection for both crew and machinery.
