A lot of ballast in the tanks to counterweight the overhang,but in this case the deep draft would have been to allow enough clearance under the Westgate bridge.

It seems unbelievable they don't capsize especially with that amount of overhang.
View from bridge rather obscured,are some sort of bow cameras used?
