Paravon Shuipping Co & Others, Glasgow (managers: Whitco Marine Services Ltd)were a British subsidiary of Israeli Maritime Fruit Carriers, which in 1973 or 1976 went bankrupt having being tried to be a world leader in cool ships operations. This company had several British flagged ships, four of which went to Cunard. Most of the company's ships were chartered to Salen Rederi of Sweden, a charter which Cunard had continued judging by the funnel colors in the above image.
