Perhaps she is still under conversion. Her existing structure wasn't intended to be practical. Unfortunately, she had one major flaw: with so little underbody, she couldn't carry much of a variable "Payload." That would affect her practicality as a windfarm support vessel as well.
She's a follow-on to the SWATH concept, the Small Waterplane Area Twin Hull, so I asked what "slice" meant. The official answer was "Nothing. It just sounded good."
