Sister TAMATAVE (IMO 7229576) of this Ozean-type was broken up after only 13 Years, bad condition I read....

German courtesy, French Tricolour, & what appears to be a pilot flag, all being flown from the mainmast. The tricolour signifies that the vessel had, at least, been delivered to the owners.
Perhaps somebody can identify the location?

Launched on 18/12/1970 & completed during March 1971 by Warnowwerft, Warnemunde, Germnay (371)
9,182 g.t. and 13,620 dwt., as:
'Aunis' to 1980,
'Aliakmon River' to 1983, and
'Delfini' until sold to Pakistan for demolition.
Arrived Gadani beach on 16/12/1985.
A surprisingly short, fourteen year life. I wonder why?
