I think the missile is the retractable foremast. To display the second toplight required for ships over 50m. But most owner found the must ugly, So retackted during daytime.
Re the "missile" on her forecastle ,could the vessel be a launching pad for space tourists?.....he ..he..Nowadays it looks like everyone is aiming high, ..have money ,will travel??? But seriously, maybe some more knowledgeable member will answer this query.

Hello Emmanuel, it's the POLARIS from Rossi Navi. Here are some data: 70.20 mx 12.70 m x 3.35 m, GT 1546 T. 12 knots = 6000 nm, Two Rolls-Royce Azipull AZP085, Three CAT C 32, each 1115 hp. IMO: 9823596
