No its not a damen stan tug, it sort of looks like a spanish design tug, like multra tugs

Im going to have a look at the different shipbuilders that are based in the netherlands as it seems o look like a tug that is being built under license, it looks like a damen stan tug an anchor-handling one thou.

I was just looking at this picture, and i bet you that it is a new build for boskalis as it has the boskalis grey in the right place.
