Description:
Cypriot MARGARET H is here seen at New Orleans in October 1976. She had arrived New Orleans in April 1976 from Jamaica, I'm not sure why she was laying idle in New Orleans. She seemed anyway in a bad state when I took this photo.
This vessel was built 1956 by Bartram & Sons, Sunderland, as RUNSWICK for Headlam & Son, Whitby.
Vessel's history:
1956: Delivered as RUNSWICK (U.K.)
1972: MARGARET H (Cyprus)
4/1976: Laid up at New Orleans.
1977: OSIA IRINI CHRYSOVALANDOU III (Greece). Continued her lay-up.
7/1978: Arrived at Tuxpan, Mexico for demolition.
