As per information gathered through internet the HMS Cardiff was scrapped at Aliaga, Turkey. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HMS_Cardiff_(D108))

HMS Glasgow apart from the fact that she was crossed end to end by a rocket fired by an airplane in the Falklands. As per Wikipedia the following was noted down

The destroyer was decommissioned in 2005 and was broken up for scrap in 2009. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HMS_Glasgow_(D88))

Tomi.
