I wonder if there's any possibility to get copies of those pictures. I'm most interested of the long bow taking the big waves - I worked on sister-ship Superstar Caprocorn and went by few typhoon in Asian waters. My e-mail is [email protected]. BR Juha Luukka

I have tried twice to post a close up view of the damage and both times the photo was deleted, the second time the reason given was that there were people in the photo.......

A very good photo Marius, I think that the photo was taken in 1974, I was onboard at this time. If you look at the tip of the bow there is some damage, the damage happened on the way from Southampton to New York in September 1973 and it was repaired in 1975. I will post a close up photo of the damage....I sailed on her 1973 - 1976....

This would be a photo of the day for me! Beautiful composition, most beautiful post-60s cruise ship... besides not even lengthened yet! All is great!
