Very nice photo. It also means tough times ahead for other shipyards considering the hunger that Yards as large Samsung have for newbuilds. ( I think Samsung were No. 2 in the world with Compemsated gross tons).

Behind them is another OOCL vessel, the OOCL Hong Kong. However, after delivering the vessels of these two series, it's pretty much nothing left in Samsung's order book, as far as container vessels are concerned...

Nice shot of these two new giants and gives us a nice comparison of the two.
I was taking to the chief mate onboard a OOCL ship yesterday, he is joining the 3rd OOCL newbuilt which apparently will be named OOCL Japan. He said their capacity is 21,200TEU.
