Digging around in Japanese I found the following:
IMO 8839914, completed in 07/1989 by Fujiwara Shipyard, Imabari, Japan (yard number unknown), 115 g.t.
The following is a translation and I can't be bothered to amend it- it is all pretty obvious:
"Former, Nishihama City's Kuroshima ~ Oshima route "Oopshima", transferred to Susan Mercantile in August 2011 and renamed "Tadashita". Shimanami shipping was purchased in October 2015 and it was renamed to "Kanon No. 7". The number of passengers seems to have changed from the original 200 people to 120 people."
