It's chaos up in that part of Mozambique and much of it is missed in the world press...50 beheadings in one day....ISIS related group....nobody seems to be doing much about it.

The usual bedfellows, Exxon/Mobil, BP and China exploit
global resources with impunity so it only stands to reason that security issues may cause a hitch in the giddy up. Interesting read, nonetheless.
