I can see a red light on top. Is this have you can tell its a icebreaker?
I reckon Danish ice breakers are supposed to display a blue light.

As you said the blue lantern that the danish icebreakers have is to identify that it is an "Active" icebreaker and that is the case for all ice breakers in the baltic area(not sure about Canada and Us).
