Description:
The Outrageous comes out of New Haven, Conn. harbor to escort the Anemossi I to its berth in New Haven. It is a very windy day as a hurricane passed through the day before and high pressure is filling in after the hurricane. I was in a wedding ceremony when the Anemos I appeared and judged that documenting its entrance to New Haven was a greater cause than witnessing the wedding vows.
