Many thanks for the information, Snip

as the ship was light, then I suppose she will have loaded a cargo for a destination somehere nearby, perhaps in the Arabian Gulf, before returning to Bhavnager/Alang in January?

best regards
Malcolm Cranfield

Was AL KAWTHER arriving or sailing from Karachi on 29th October please? "Marine News" confirms that she arrived at Alang on 14th January for beaching/breaking. I cannot trace any reported movements between those two dates.

Hi Valeriy,

Thanks for posting photo of Alkawther.
I see she had Eta Bhavnagar 14/01-2011, so I am afraid that she has gone to demolition at Alang but I am not sure.

Brgds,
Geir
