Once again a swap with no details, but if the internet had not come along it would still be gathering dust in a filing cabinet, now I wish more details had been kept.

I would suggest that the smaller tug's name is in fact ZYPE. Zype is a place in the Netherlands. Therefore, it does seem likely that we are seeing the MONA'S ISLE being delivered to the scrappers in Ghent indeed on this picture.
