Ralph, don't speak too soon. The owners are probably watching the demolition market very closely. Continued uncertainty surrounding the situation at Chittagong is creating a 'wait and see' sentiment amongst owners of very large tonnage. However, demo prices are in excess of $500/LDT at the moment, so there could be temptation to sell at the end of her current voyage.
