'Skjold' Class fast patrol boat. The Storm has an air-cushioned catamaran hull and waterjet propulsion powered by four gas turbines and is said to have a speed of around 60 knots.

Yes, they are visiting the Defence Systems Equipment International (DSEi) exhibition at London's ExCeL Exhibition Centre (no public allowed!) These docks used to be thriving with activity up until the late 70's when they declined, and early 80's when they eventually closed to commercial traffic.
