She might indeed have been in drydock as she moved around in the area (on trials?) for a few days. First time I ever saw her in the Hampton Roads/Norfolk area. I had last seen her on the St.Lawrence River in June 2000. She then had an all green hull and a pusher's high wheelhouse.
