(appeared as Britannic in a movie with Omar Sharif as captain) In 1974 she started her career as Maxim Gorki, back then sowjet. She hosted a meeting between Gorbatschow and Bush in Malta, as a storm made it impossibel to use the warship they intended to use.
1989 (or 90) she hit an iceberg on her way to Svalbard, having her lower decks flooded. The Norwegian coast guard insisted to evacuate the passengers, which then found themselve standing on the ice...finally the captain was right, as she stayed afloat
