Evidently either this, or the other photo described with the same IMO is incorrect, as the two vessels are drastically different in appearance. I would lean towards this one being correct, judging by the hailing port in conjunction with the name, and the fact that the other vessel appears older than 1963-built.
Also, Chris, along those lines, the hailing port & name suggest some period before 1984, which the cars on the Quay seem to suggest. Looking closely, I would estimate the late seventies or very early eighties as the correct date.
