Lors de l'edition d'estuaire 2007 des artistes avaient imaginé cette réplique d'auberge située à Lavau près de DONGES (fr).Elle devait être ancrée en Loire face à la vraie mais au bout de quelques jours elle chavira et coula.Le bateau Val d'Avel assura son transport sur le fleuve.
