Description:

Bristol, Pennsylvania, 19 October 2002. Originally Socony No. 14, the tug was a onetime fleetmate of PEGASUS (Socony No. 16, 1907). Dieselized in 1949. Her current owners and the Coast Guard disagree by 10 feet on her length, giving 101 and 91 respectively -- if I nail it down I'll update, or does someone know? More great old tugs (and a few not so great) already at the website, www.don-sutherland.com

It may be easy enough: One length is overall (CG) the other is between perpendiculars (owner) essentially that is length at waterline.
