Hi Phil, yes you are correct, it is the "Muelle Pesquero Poniente" or the "West fishing pier".
It does see a small number of local, working fishing boats operating, but doubles up as a home for waifs & strays.
There have been some delightfully decrepid vessels laid up there over the years, and not just smaller fishing vessels (or tugs..). Coaster sized cargo vessels also hang out there, while under repair or detention, from time to time.

Rick, the ships on that part of the dock all look rather forlorn and in need of some TLC. I imagine most of them are laid up or detained for some reason.

Sadly, after being very well maintained, she is now laid up and was for sale in March this year. I suspect she has a doubtful future now..
