No, I understood that, and the discussion became very funny, so I had a good laugh.

Hello Bendt,
To keep it simple: in Holland we have 1st and 2nd christmas day. LOL.
But the reason for my question " how christmas WAS this year, is that you captured her on 28-12-2012, and then you are way ahead of us in time

Hmm, that makes me think,, 24th is gift giving,(same as in Germany),but as DATE the 25th is Christmas day,,unless Denmark is the only country off which I hear now is different ?

@ Captain Ted: in Denmark we are celebrating Christmas the 24-12 :-))

@ Phil: Yes I can see that she had originally cranes aboard.

@ Mats: yes the Vikings are cool :-) it really sounds like a tough experience, it must have been extra well to get ashore on top of the trip.

To all of you, thanks for the comments.
Best Regards
Bendt

Many moons ago she had a full set of deck cranes and ran on Contimar's Liner service from the Eastern Med to The Thames and Medway as the "Conti Liban".
Cheers

Strange or: étrange,in French. For xmas is always on December 25 and most of all it is allocated to young childrens, not for old sailor men like us

Hi Bendt,
That is really an old lady with her 47 years.

Best regards, Jan.
PS I realize that Denmark is slightly to the East than my country, so You are a "bit ahead" of us in time, how was christmas this year?
