With Lord Devonport. Managed to find these two after finding an open gate and helping myself !they have been here for over a year and no work seems to have taken place on them since they arrived.
They are on the River Stour in an area called the New Cut near the now demolished Richborough power station, just round the bend from the old Spithead coaster .
