the weather is not the problem,,they are so high that they hardly would be hit by waves, the problem is rather hard rolling then they become vulnerable, but the upper tow are for sure empty container, so no real danger in that matter.
A 20 foot TEU weighs empty roughly 2.8 ton

Lovely composition Mike. I must say though, some of those 20 foot boxes in the front row look a little bit vulnerable to the weather stacked as they are!
