She was blt in Svednborg DK in 1957 for the trade LONODN/FALKLANDS - a service she maintained for abt 15 years when she was transferred to mainly european trading she made some voyages Denmark/Greenland for the Royls Greeland Trade Dept. She was sold 1974 and renamed DESPO I - she foundered in Barcelona in 1981 and sank shortly after - BU in situ. In 1976 a new A.E.S. was launched by Frederikshavn Ship Yard DK (1250 dwt open shelterdeckr) she is still existant under N. Korean flag IMO 7431117

Did she used to go to the Falkland Isles, loading at Gravesend (U.K.)?
