Description:
The D. Fernando was the last warship to sail entirely Portuguese Navy. It was built in Daman , in Portuguese India , under the supervision of the engineer José Gil shipbuilder da Conceição, by a team of Indian and
Portuguese workers, led by Yado Semogi Moor. Was used in its construction wood teak of Nagar-Aveli . After launching the sea in October 22 of 1843 , the ship was towed to Goa where it was prepared.
