our frined Marc Piché is right, this patrol boat is the BABITONGA P63 (ex- ex-HMS Arun M2014 - Royal Navy UK.), now owned and operated by Brazilian Navy, River/Bracuí class, built in 1985.

Transfered from Royal Navy on 18-9-98,formally ARUN M-2104. One of six sisters now serving with the Brazilian Navy. Four are patrol vessels, the other two are survey ships.
Nice to see a good shot of this one while underway.
