I did notice the set of photos you added earlier this month from Teesport in April ,as i was trying to work out from what vessel they originator was on, i work in engineering at the re-opened steel works and keep our employees provided with info and photographs etc of the constant stream of bulkers we use to export the millions of tonnes p.a. of our steel slabs.
And yes it was cold all be it sunny in April.
Nice to converse with yourself, as have always enjoyed reviewing your collection.
And as you say we have a great vantage point at the river mouth, this coupled with nice stroll along the beach with the dog and fishing rod and camera is great (North Sea weather permitting !!)

I was there in beginning of april,,and it was still winter !!! The place must be great to take pictures passing by at the light house
