As Gerolf notes, the ship's name is of five letters. Therefore this presents the possibilities of VIBEX under the British flag or VASUM under the Dutch flag. VIANA, which was Dutch flagged, can be discounted as she had a 'streamlined' superstructure like the 'A' class.
If push comes to shove, my money is on the tanker being the VIBEX !
