seems logic,, battleship grey and cement have the same color so the obvious cement cargo residues from load/dish operations are not THAT visible

I guess it when venting off the tanks and cement dust gets in the air and falls on the ship it is not so noticeable as what it would be if the ship was lets say green / orange etc.
