@ Tord & Dan
Yes,,with a small ship,,if you go to the cont terminals areas of Singapore its one of the most efficient as far as port ops are concerned and for me as sailor (last been there in 2000) the worst port ever.
In the 80,s it was good,, in the 70,s it was superb,, now as sailor,,yuck in square. Ok they have to my knowledge free Wi-Fi,,and of course internet access is nowadays the measure of good and bad,, but then,,, container terminals are miles away nowadays from cities,, in Rotterdam you drive easy 1 hr to reach the city by taxi from Maasflakte,, beside first you have to get out of the terminal
Seems like all was thought off,,but the sailor

Ha Ha! Yes, just checked, I have a few good shots of you while passing and can see you on the bridge wing !!!! I think we passed you a little closer than needed !!! I will be uploading them once I have cleared the backlog of other photos I have taken up to that date ! Definately Singers is the place to be and what I would give for a job on the pilot vessels here !

Cheers,

Dan.

Hi Dan,
I was visiting the Celsius Miami, that my company just took on Time Charter. I was standing at the bridge wing. Singapore is definitely the place to be for a shipspotter on a smaller vessel navigating in and out of the anchorages.
