I took this picture of the ship from a motor launch in August 1968, port unknown. At the time of the picture, I was Third Mate aboard the ship. The ship was somewhere in Southeast Asia. The reason for uploading the photos is for model makers who wanted to see a C3 vessel with all the old style cargo rigging.

my only 1968 Lloyd's Shipping Index says that AMERICAN MAIL had sailed from Singapore on July 8th, 1968 bound for Vancouver on a voyage from Chittagong
