It certainly was fast. When they were approaching Southampton, they were making more than 30 kts and they seem to have surprised the VTS here.
I don't know the distance from Rotterdam to Southampton for sure but I would guess around 250 miles. I am guessing they will next travel to Liverpool as this is where this company have a large fleet of similar but smaller vessels, working in the gas fields and wind farms in Liverpool Bay. And that is a 500 mile trip! I would imagine they would perhaps stop at Milford Haven en route.

Hannes, Arrived at Southampton with Bull Bay at 16:40 (without the sun though!). Less than 10 hours from Rotterdam to Southampton! I would not like to pay the fuel bill though.
