Description:
Originally built for the US Navy as USS CAPE (MSI-2), one of two vessels of the Cape Class of inshore minesweeper. In 1970 she was converted into a research vessel and transferred to John Hopkins University until returning to the Navy's hands in 1984. She then served for a few years as a training and utility vessel at Naval Station Bangor, Washington until being sold to the Squaxin Tribe in 1992. In 1994 she was sold into private ownership, which continues to this day.
Seen moored at Swantown Marina on East Bay of Budd Inlet.
