Sometimes emptу containers are more valuable than loaded ones! Modern container ships have to consider such market problem, as "empty container repositioning". So, even if she can carry 19200 TEU of empties only, she still to be considered as 19200 TEU container ship!

divide by the number of TEU vessel can carry and you have average tonnage per container vessel can uplift to meet her deadweight.
I believe mean average used to be about 14000kgs for Far East loaded containers to Europe or 7000kgs if in a 40
After that will take more space than available here to
elaborate.
Eastbound from Europe to the Far East its a completely different story where scrap and recyclable boxes weighing up to 25000kgs would bring a vessel down to her marks with less than 6000 boxes which has to be tempered with amount of empties that have to be returned to the Far East to meet Westbound commitments

That's not really true as weight and revenue are not proportional. And too many reefer sockets may just add to capital/operating costs (OK, though not much).
Forecasting loading characteristics of future box movements is probably one of those clever things that have to be increasingly considered on the demand side to feed in to ship specification, alongside capital/operating costs. Having too many reefer points would have a negative impact on the economics.
