@ Emmanuel
On Chemical/Product tankers those greater number of transverse "things" looking like "breakwater/wavebreakers" fitted onto the main deck are actually, the ship's deck STRUCTURAL TRANSVERSE FRAMES fitted onto the main deck (overdeck transverse frames) :-)
Thank you for your interesting comment my dear Friend (Shipyard Comrade hehe) !
Kind regards
Jadran

It was worthwhile to make the extra click to Original Size! The degree of detail is most impressive. Congratulations to you and to Nikon.

I can only agree with you Denis,, you're absolutely right in everything you said and in all aspects re. bow bulb ( "ram ironclads" ) and that the "chemical tankers are not for modelling" !

Thank you for your interesting and kind comment my long-lasting dear friend Denis & I sincerely wish you good luck in your further modelling projects :D

Such bow bulb reminds of those ram ironclads...
Great shot, Jadran!

Btw, the amount of details on main deck is why I never tried modeling chemical tankers.

..... and I have a need to moreover add:
I remained amazed with the look of her bulbous bow !
This more-or-less standard type tanker has indeed an unusual, imposing, "aggressive" shape of her bulb;

Thank you very much for your compliments for this photo, David ... highly appreciated !
I'm also much glad that you like the entire atmosphere referred to Bay of Kvarner (where Rijeka is situated);
Greetings from Rijeka

It's strange to see the Minerva-blue compared with the Stolt-orange. Not up to my taste.
The photograph is nevertheless very nice, especially the wide, clear background gives it a calm, beautiful atmosphere.
