Agree with Carlos. Romanian shipbuilding industry during Caucescu era was very , very poor. Few the same vessels were registered under Polish National Flag. ( Polish Ocean Lines ) . Two similar ( or the same ) ships : m/v BUSKO ZDROJ and m/v KUDOWA ZDROJ lost
stability and sunk with most of the crewmembers.

Presently coasters built in TULCEA Shipyard are also very , very poor .

These ships built in Romania in the socialist era enjoyed a very bad reputation in Cuba, a country that had half a dozen of this model. They had very poor stability and machine were a disaster.
