Anchor handling Tug TYPHOON of Bureau Wijsmuller
being launched at vd Giessen de Noord in summer 1976. Under the stern a few floaters were tied up
probably to gain buoyancy at launching, but they seemed to have not much effect.

1991: To "Smitwijs Towage CV" at Rotterdam (NLD), a joint-venture between "Wijsmuller Holding BV" and "Smit Internationale"
1999: renamed SMITWIJS TYPHOON
2005: To "ITC - International Transport Contractors Holland" at Haarlem (NLD) for service in the Far East, re-renamed TYPHOON
